Albert G. Van Metre, Jr. is Chairman of The Van Metre Companies. Mr. Van Metre has been with the The Van Metre Companies for 45 years. He provides expertise in land development, land acquisitions and construction operations. In 2002, he was appointed Vice Chairman and in 2008 he became Chairman of The Van Metre Companies. He is an owner in all of the varied projects and companies that comprise Van Metre.

Rick Rabil, has been with the company over 27 years. Rick Rabil worked as a CPA for Peat Marwick (now known as KPMG) for 5 and a half years before joining Van Metre in 1984.

Kenneth Ryan, CPA has been with Van Metre for over 27 years as well. Prior to joining Van Metre, Ken spent 4 years at Peat Marwick (KPMG.)
