RICHARD RABIL
Vice Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer
With the Van Metre Companies for 20 years. Has a BS in Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and is a CPA.

KENNETH RYAN
Group President - Finance and Accounting, Secretary, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer
Responsible for financial operations. With Van Metre over 20 years, and is a CPA. Prior to Van Metre was an accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick.

W. BRAD GABLE, CPM
Group President - Investment Properties and Assistant Secretary
In charge of all investment properties and president of Van Metre Management Co. With Van Metre since 1977. Past Pres. of AOBA of Washington DC Area.
